PAYMENT POLICY

To secure your reservation, a deposit of half of the lodging cost is due at the time of making your reservations. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.

If your reservation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is due at the time you make the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. We rent our accommodations by advance reservations only. Once we reserve a guest house for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests.

  • For cancellations received 14 days or more prior to arrival, half of your deposit will be refunded.

  • For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival, no refunds will be made.

DAMAGE POLICY

Any damages done to any SeaScape property by guests or persons visiting or staying with guests will be the responsibility of the person who made the reservation. By your confirmation of the receipt of e-mail from SeaScape, you agree to make restitution for such damage.
